Computer won't start anymore? Your data has disappeared, perhaps accidentally deleted? We will help you to regain access to your data quickly. We know the tricks to regain access to you data. Call us, we will be happy to take care of your problem. Of course we need your hard drive / SSD. You can simply drop by, or we will pick them up from you.
On average, the data recovery does not take very long. The target price is therefore approx. 100-250 CHF.
If the work turns out to be more difficult, we will contact you and discuss the situation. IT Thurgau may need to do more work, or the drive may have to be sent to a specially set up clean laboratory. The costs will be discussed with you on an ongoing basis.
After successful data reading, your data is stored locally and securely.
You will then be notified immediately and the data will be transmitted or brought to you in a secure manner. We have different approaches to choose from to do so.
After receiving the data, you can carry out the reconsolidation of the data, with our support of course.
Only when your data availability and data resilience has been restored fully, will we completely delete (overwrite) our secure copy of your data. However, this should be done as quickly as possible.
