Support guarantees you rapid help in the event of disruptions, helping you to maintain data availability and the operation of your company.
IT Thurgau offers rapid service and help with problems. Whether at night or on public holidays, we keep your company's infrastructure up to date and take care of even the smallest disruptions and errors.
Of course we are also happy to help you with any implementations of new ideas and business processes.
We generally offer 24h support for all customers and all services from IT Thurgau. If the problem cannot be solved over the phone, we will come by as soon as we can and take care of the problem quickly.
Our hourly rate is independent of weekdays (incl. Sunday and holidays) and is 135 CHF / h. This means that night and picket-operations have the same tariff as normal adjustments to an application during opening hours.
What is this and why should I buy it? SLA stands for Service Level Agreement. This corresponds to a maintenance contract between your company and IT Thurgau. We guarantee your company prioritised support that meets clearly defined minimum requirements.

This is defined by you and of course largely determines the price. The minimum achievable reaction time depends on the travel route. This is relevant because the worst case always has to be considered in support cases; on-site service is required.
You are free to choose for which areas of your IT landscape you would like to sign up a SLA. Of course, complete inclusion of the entire IT infrastructure, including all telephone terminals, etc., is possible and makes sense.
Thanks to our knowledge and experience in electrical engineering, we can also integrate your entire electrical installation and industrial systems (e.g. large joinery machines, automation systems, laboratory and measuring devices, CNC machines, etc.) into the SLA. We are one of very few companies in Switzerland offering such a wide range of support services.
